 詩30:1 〔大衛在獻殿的時候、作這詩歌。〕耶和華阿、我要尊崇你、因為你曾提拔我、不叫仇敵向我誇耀。
  I will extol thee, O Lord; for thou hast lifted me up, and hast not made my foes to rejoice over me.
 詩30:2 耶和華我的　神阿、我曾呼求你、你醫治了我。
  O Lord my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me.
 詩30:3 耶和華阿、你曾把我的靈魂從陰間救上來、使我存活、不至於下坑。
  O Lord, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.
 詩30:4 耶和華的聖民哪、你們要歌頌他、稱讚他可記念的聖名
  Sing unto the Lord, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.
 詩30:5 因為他的怒氣不過是轉眼之間．他的恩典乃是一生之久．一宿雖然有哭泣、早晨便必歡呼。
  For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.
 詩30:6 至於我、我凡事平順、便說、我永不動搖。
  And in my prosperity I said, I shall never be moved.
 詩30:7 耶和華阿、你曾施恩、叫我的江山穩固．你掩了面、我就驚惶。
  Lord, by thy favour thou hast made my mountain to stand strong: thou didst hide thy face, and I was troubled.
 詩30:8 耶和華阿、我曾求告你．我向耶和華懇求、說、
  I cried to thee, O Lord; and unto the Lord I made supplication.
 詩30:9 我被害流血、下到坑中、有甚麼益處呢．塵土豈能稱讚你、傳說你的誠實麼。
  What profit is there in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth?
 詩30:10 耶和華阿、求你應允我、憐恤我。耶和華阿、求你幫助我。
  Hear, O Lord, and have mercy upon me: Lord, be thou my helper.
 詩30:11 你已將我的哀哭變為跳舞、將我的麻衣脫去、給我披上喜樂．
  Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;
 詩30:12 好叫我的靈〔原文作榮耀〕歌頌你、並不住聲。耶和華我的　神阿、我要稱謝你、直到永遠。
  To the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks unto thee for ever.
